Guide to Trademark Registration and Protection in China (7) - Proof of Registration

If a registrant needs certification on trademark registration to prove the effectiveness of the trademark registration in China, it may file an Application for Providing Proof on Registration of Trademark with the China Trademark Office.

Upon approval, the China Trademark Office will issue relevant certification to the trademark registrant.

Requirements on Application for Providing Proof on Registration of Trademark

1) Power of Attorney, executed by the registrant.
2) A copy of registration certificate.
3) A copy of Identity Certification Document of registrant.
