Major Contents: These measures stipulate towards the definition of international cargo transport agencies with foreign investment, while at the same time stipulating that the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and its authorized organs are the organs for the examination and approval and administration of international cargo transport agencies with foreign investment. These measures also stipulate towards the conditions required by Sino-foreign joint operations of international cargo transport agencies with foreign investment, requirements to be conformed with by international cargo transport agencies with foreign investment, and that, upon approval, the business scope of international cargo transport agencies with foreign investment.
